During this workshop Marja Marcus shared the Model of the Elements of Nature: Fire, Air, Water and Earth. We had the opportunity to discover which element best describes each of us and what it means for us and the people around us. The model is used in individual coaching as well as in the Emerging Leader Programme for KPMG’s Future Leaders group, a highly selective group of individuals with a strong potential to become the next global leaders of the company.
