You know the saying: ‘Fit body, fit mind’. An energised mind in a healthy body helps you stay sharp, innovative and full of great ideas. Not to mention that group workouts are ideal for building team spirit, meeting new people and catching up with old buddies! That’s why at the beginning of 2016 we invited fellow HUTACers for an afternoon of fun indoor climbing at the Sportcentrum Universum in Amsterdam. After a short introduction to climbing, we worked together in groups and made our way to the top. And to forget about the aching arms, we wrapped up with a few drinks and some ‘hapjes’ at the university bar.
