During this session Simon Rowe, Yoga, breath and meditation teacher, introduced us to his unique approach: the MOKSHA experience. Moksha is based on an ancient Sanskrit word that means F r e e d o m. Simon shared teachings and practices called ‘dynamic breathwork’ aimed at energising and releasing stress. We got tips and tricks on how to:

- Boost energy levels
- Remain in a state of flow
