Biography
Dr Mtinkheni Gondwe specialises in higher education in developing countries. Mtinkheni has a PhD in Atmospheric Sciences from the University of Groningen and an MSc in the same field from the University of Witwatersrand (South Africa). Since joining Nuffic she has focused on the role of professional and vocational education for development. She is currently Senior Policy Officer in the Knowledge & Innovation Directorate. The aim of the Directorate is to contribute to the development of knowledge on international cooperation in higher education and research through carrying out studies and supplying background knowledge.
