Biography
Ms. Herma Kuperus is a Seconded National Expert in the Public Management and Comparative Public Administration Unit at the European Institute of Public Administration. Her background is in urban and regional planning and she has broad experience in research on employment and labour market. She previously worked at the Dutch Ministry of Housing, Spatial Planning and Environment where she advised the political and administrative top management. Her areas of specialisation include public administration and management, human resource management, policy making and organizational development.
