Biography
As the founder and CEO of STRAWxSTRAW, Ev Liu wants to get rid of plastic straws in two ways:
1. By replacing plastic straws in the catering industry with sturdy, natural alternatives made from rye stalks.
2. By creating awareness of the plastic soup problem by addressing it in a fun, lighthearted way.
Ev was honoured as one of the Duurzame Jonge 100 list of young Dutch sustainability leaders and as a TEDXAmsterdam Awards 2017.
