Biography
Sjoerd Louwaars specialises in collaborative processes for spatial and social innovation. He obtained his Master’s degree in strategic urban development at Delft University of Technology and worked at Twynstra Gudde and Rotterdam Development Authority. He is currently a guest lecturer at Delft and Leiden Universities. His social enterprise named Weaverbird, analyses, facilitates and prototypes innovative processes that require knowledge, experience and people from different worlds. Weaverbird connects these worlds and creates the environment for collaboration. His clients operate in the public, business, academic and NGO sectors.
