Marja Marcus has been with KPMG for more than two decades where she has held different positions. In her current role as Diversity & Talent Manager and as a personal coach, she ensures that KPMG’s strong dedication to diversity is fully visible in practice and helps KPMG’s top talent to reach their full potential. “Know yourself”, “Become your best version”, “Recognise the other and work better together” – these are key phrases in her work.
